Founder
Muscle Meat
The Dutch high-protein food company he started in 2013 to solve his own problem: eating seven meals a day without living in the kitchen.
Founder story
Built from his own diet
Five years into training, the eating had become the hardest part. Seven meals a day meant hours of cooking, and the people around him in the gym had the same problem.
In March 2013 he founded Muscle Meat with his brother Rein and his sister-in-law Yvette. The rule has not changed since: the company only sells what Olivier develops and eats himself.
The business is run from Ankeveen, just outside Hilversum, where the team packs orders and runs its own kitchen and gym. When Olivier is filming, Rein and Yvette carry more of the load and he works between scenes on his laptop.
“Mijn bedrijf blijft op nummer één en acteren op twee.”
