Who is responsible

This website is run for Olivier Richters. He is the controller for personal data sent through it. Questions about this notice can be sent through the contact page.

What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, email address, message, and any optional details you choose to add (company, project, dates, location). We use it for one purpose: answering your message. It is never sold or used for marketing.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed by Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and passed to the inbox of the person who handles that type of enquiry (representation for casting, the partnerships contact for brands, the team for fan messages). Messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with them, and at most 24 months.

No tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are hosted on this domain. Your browser may store two small preferences locally (whether you have seen the intro this session, and your language), which never leave your device.

Video

Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play. From that moment YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data you sent, or object to its use. Send your request through the contact page. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
